Maurigi Sergio Srl was founded in 1962 as a mechanical turning factory, from the experience gained in the sector by its founder, Sergio Maurigi, and subsequently switched its field of activity towards hot brass forging and the processing of non-ferrous metals to customer designs.

Later on, his sons Alfredo, Luca and Ivan went on to expand the company, first investing in the opening of a new plant in Ponte San Marco and then transferring the entire production capacity from the main factory to a completely new facility over twice the size of the original.
Thanks to the extensive investment in technology and infrastructure, today Maurigi Srl boasts a fleet of machinery consisting of 16 presses and 2 screw presses used for the production of brass articles ranging from 50 g. to 5 kg in weight.

The quality of production is guaranteed by the high level of skill and expertise of the technical department, the focus maintained on production cycles, the strict compliance with all production standards, the use of selected raw materials and by the constant control of each single piece.
THE MAURIGI
Maurigi Srl boasts a highly equipped and qualified technical division which uses state-of-the-art CAD systems to create the design of the rough article, and then proceed with the 3-D solid modelling in order to create pieces, dies and any type of equipment in a meticulous and impeccable manner.

Customers play a fundamental role for Maurigi Srl throughout all product development phases.
For this reason, the technical team works alongside them during both the design phase and the die manufacturing phase, aimed at designing and manufacturing a product that fully meets their specific requirements.
The technical division consists in a team of experts with multiple years of experience in the hot brass forging sector and is constantly oriented towards research and development, as well as ensuring targeted and accurate quality control of each single product realisation phase.

Maurigi snc is a company specialising in the hot forging of brass components.
The mechanical characteristics of the hot forged brass components allow them to be exploited in a wide range of industrial sectors: hydraulic and thermo-sanitary, handles, fittings and valves, oil and air components, mechanical automation.
CUSTOM DESIGNED COMPONENTS
Starting from the 2-D or 3-D design provided by the customer, the Maurigi Srl technical division conducts a study of the materials, the 3-D solid modelling of the die, the stress and criticality analysis and the simulation of the finished model, in order to create, working alongside the customer, custom designed dies that meet the most diverse specific needs.
